Many of us just simply do not want a gym based, sweaty workout. Our ‘fat loss’ is not primarily about losing weight for our bikini, it’s about feeling good in our body, in our body that functions well. That’s intrinsically linked to our lifestyle, nutrition, functional movement, hormones and basically what and how and why we do what we do. For so many of us, fitness = strength, but in reality, fitness = strength, mobility, flexibility and the ability to move between tension and relaxation with ease. Maybe you want an effective exercise routine to give you a helping hand in the right direction. Maybe you need something to help keep your energy balanced and feel there is just something else around that can help you relax and be at peace in your own body.
Preservation is key here, for life; your health, your fitness, your stress, your sanity, you feeling good in your body, family time, continence ( because without being secure in that then the stresses it places on your life are beyond challenging), and reduced enjoyment of life. Aim to keep your bits where they should be for the next few decades and enjoy doing things for YOURSELF. Be in it with your body for the long term. Respect your body now and let it let you know you are supporting it well. Be careful with your thoughts and allow yourself to be selfish with yourself. You have given enough to others throughout your life. Dedicate time, space, money, energy and love to you. You truly deserve it. I know I do.
Our low impact workouts tone, sculpt and strengthen major muscle groups including your core; abdominals and pelvic floor by using body weight exercises and a variety of equipment that you get to keep. Our foundation programme is a perfect blend incorporating the principles of pilates and yoga, stretching, bodyweight and resistance exercises to strengthen your entire body with a focus on your core foundation which can improve mind, life and body.
We offer Reiki therapy which is perfect for you to indulge yourself in our therapeutic healing and rebalancing. Great for when you feel your energy is low, or you are feeling down or stressed , leaving feeling invogorated, relaxed and calmer with a sense of your energy being more balanced.
