Every Woman is our unique signature ground breaking foundation 6 week exercise programme that focuses on connecting to and strengthening your pelvic floor and core so it’s fit for purpose. This isn’t your average lift and squeeze Pelvic Floor exercises, we move the whole body in order to speak to the Pelvic Floor to rebuild your internal foundations progressing as we go .

This programme is all about you. This is where we focus on posture alignment, breath work, mindful meditation, releasing tight tense muscles and stretching alongside the strengthening of your core muscles. Sessions are 60 minutes 1-2-1 coaching including the exercise, release of tight muscles and perhaps a quiet moment to reflect and meditate and stretch out your stresses. I work out of The Box, at The KP Club in Pocklington, or from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits us both. **We will come to your home but if it’s over 5 miles from Pocklington we charge for mileage and time**
